I offer gentle, personalised, hands-on sleep support rooted in real-life experience rather than prescriptive sleep training. Every baby and every family is different, and my support reflects that.

I am not a sleep consultant and do not use rigid programmes or one-size-fits-all methods. What sets my work apart is that I come to you — supporting you in your own home, in real time — so we can work together where sleep actually happens.

With over 18 years of experience supporting families, my approach is calm, experience-led and responsive. I offer practical, in-the-moment guidance to help babies sleep well during the day and night, while building parents’ confidence and understanding of their baby’s individual needs.

Many parents feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice found online. Reading methods or following plans can feel isolating and confusing. I provide real, hands-on support, observing what’s happening and gently guiding you through it — without pressure, rigid routines or strict methods.

While some guidance can be offered online, my core support is always centred around being physically present with families, offering reassurance and help when it’s most needed.
