What’s Included in my Doula services
My services include emotional and practical support. Breast & bottle feeding support, newborn care guidance, light housekeeping & laundry for mother and baby. Help with infant sleeping routine. Caring for baby and or siblings whilst you rest and restore. Support for your partner. Accompany you to appointments and be your advocate. Or simply just sit and listen to you.
Standard
You can request my help for as little as a few days, weeks or up to several months, each broken down into individual sessions. All depending on your needs. Each session a minimum of 4 hours at £25 per hour before 10pm. Hence, a typical booking might be for 4 lots of 4 hour sessions. Sessions ideally requiring 7 days notice to book but can be flexible.
Zoom/Whats App Video
I can help you through Zoom / Whats App Video for remote support.
Overnight
Yes, overnight support (after 10pm) is available to help you rest and recharge with a fixed charge up to 8 hours for £250 or, £30 per hour between 9pm - 8am.
Sleeping
I am here to help you establish a good sleeping routine for your baby, either as part or separate from the standard offering.
Breastfeeding/ Bottle feeding
I provide hands-on breastfeeding support and guidance to help you and your baby succeed. This includes bottle feeding.
Special Needs
I have many years professional experience of supporting special needs children, teenagers and adults (including on the autism spectrum).
Gifting
A gifting option is available where a supporting friend or relative can purchase 4 x 4 hour day sessions (£400) for you.
Cancellation
28 days notice usually required for cancellation with a full refund.
